Please note that we are not a full turn-key home builder. To proceed, we require engineering drawings or approved plans for your project. These allow us to accurately manufacture and erect the steel structure to specification.

All other aspects of construction – such as foundations, plumbing, electrical work, glazing, finishes, and project management – should be arranged by the client through their preferred contractors or project manager.

We’re happy to collaborate with your chosen professionals to ensure your build goes smoothly and that the steel component integrates perfectly with the rest of your project.
